June 30th /Each Year- $250 Deposit is Due to hold your spot for the upcoming Season. If you have not paid the deposit by this date your team will have forfeited their spot and the League will fill it with a team from our growing waitlist.

August 24th /2026  - Annual General Meeting, Callie Curling Club upstairs bar @ 6:30 PM. This meeting is Mandatory, there must be at least one member of your team in attendance. Failure to have a team representative at the AGM will result in a $20 fine.

August 31st /2026 - Registration is Open. Your team members can now start registering.

September 20th /2026 - Remainder of Fees are Due. You would have been advised of your teams remaining fees for the year at the AGM. These fees are due by this date. Failure to pay these fees will result in additional fines up to and including removal from the League.

October 14th /Each Year- Rosters are Due. Each team Must have 6 players registered to their team. This is for insurance purposes. Only players that are registered can be covered by the insurance. If you have an unregistered player get injured our insurance cannot cover them. Failure to have 6 registered players by this date will result in additional fines up to and including removal from the League.
